He launched his career with an impressive 16-season run in the NBA entertainment space, performing with the Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Clippers. His experiences as a high-level performer inspired the release of his debut book, Invisible Obstacles, which supports acrobatic athletes in navigating mental health challenges.

Courtney’s talents have taken him from center court to center stage — and beyond. In Los Angeles, he could be heard on local radio and was featured nationally on SiriusXM’s Shade 45. Behind the scenes, he has choreographed for major commercial campaigns and contributed to productions for ABC, Disney, and the Emmy Award-winning HBO series Euphoria.

At the helm of My VIP Life Hospitality, Courtney now leads a team that curates immersive live entertainment activations for leading consumer brands. His expertise in premium guest experience has also shaped operations for top-tier organizations including MGM Resorts and Formula 1.

Now, Courtney serves top-tier guests as a Senior Luxury Experience Manager for Caesars Entertainment.  From Caesars Palace Las Vegas, he leads a team that collaborates across Caesars Entertainment properties globally to craft unforgettable experiences for luxury guests.
